how does this work? do you really have to go to their site and register as what you usually do to register in a paid to click site??? how does it really work? ive seen this paid to sign up thingy and everytime i click on that link and look at the status, it all says they are denied.. i dont understand how you earn with paid to sign up sites.. can anyone enlighten me with this???
