what is your favorite cheese? or can you eat cheese or not? i like swiss,provolone,hot pepper.

Most of my favourite cheeses are English though a few French cheeses make the grade;
Cheddar Pilgrim's choice, Davidstow or any good farmhouse Cheddar
Stilton, strong, tangy, succulent, delicious
Wensleydale
Lancashire
Cheshire
Cornish Yarg
French Cheeses
Roquefort
Brie
Camenbert

Gruyere cheese is SO my favorite! Of course, I've never had a cheese that I didn't like! One of my favorite things about visiting Switzerland was trying all sorts of cheeses in a Cheeserie! Of course, the smell inside is a little strong, but the samples more than made up for it!
