If you have joined an affiliate marketing network, I would advise that you concentrate on making that work for you before trying anything else. When I first started looking for ways to make money on the internet I joined so many things that now I don't even remember half the things I joined. I have not been able to make a lot of money because I haven't got the time to keep up with everything. I am trying to cut out some of the things that don't make a lot of money and concentrate more energy into the things that will work. Affiliate marketing can make you lots of money if you learn how to effectively market it. Have you seen the free affiliate x factor report that has recently been released by Andrew Fox? Maybe you should read it and join an affiliate forum to get advice from others who are making money with it.

The key to making money online is to not spread yourself so thin. In other words dont get 8 home based businesses and try to promote them all you will go broke quick the key is to focus on 1 or 2 businesses and work hard at them. for example my business is here http://tinyurl.com/2mu237 check it out i work at making it work and now i am able to pay off some bills focus on 1 businees or 2 and you will be sucessfull

Thanks Friend, You have some very useful info in your post. It has taken me a year to work out what is right for me and for now I think I have at least one side of my rubiks cube worked out. I am still sorting through and getting rid of some useless programs. The trouble with being a newbie is that you get so many offers thrown at you and you don't yet know what will and won't work. I don't agree that all users of freeware are program hoppers. Some freeware is as good if not better than paid programs. I recently paid for an autoresponder program that does the same as a free autoresponder I already use. (the advert said it did more than what it actually does) One thing you forgot to mention with joining multiple programs is that the more programs you join the more emails you will get. I get about 1000 or more emails a day at the moment and I'm trying to cull them also to just the ones that give me valuable info. Getting so many emails cuts down the time you can spend on working on your business and a lot of the emails I get I just read the subject line and delete as most of them are trying to sell me something.

I work from home writing articles for websites...I am a ghostwriter so my name does not go on the articles...it doesn't bother me though because I get paid. I make about $800/month and that is working about 15 hours a week.

Hi Jennysp8 I just sent a friend request to you. I am hoping you can give me some information on your job. I like to write but have never done so professionally and could really use the work at home. PS. was just over at the thread of "minimum wage for on line workers". It is not nice for people to say you don't have a real job, that is stupid. Not your typical 9 to 5 one, or go to a factory and breathe in dust job but you still work! Anyway, I hope to hear from you about your career. Thanks Laurelanne31
