What new ideas and knowlege have you recently acquired?

I think I will be getting lots of new ideas and knowledge. Civil Air Patrol in my area just put a retired Military Officer who was in charge of drug and alcohol education above me. So now I have someone to learn from. I need new ideas soon for teaching the Cadets. So where do you usually get your new ideas and knowledge from?

The history and science channels are cool, I also like discovery, diy, home and garden and of course, the food channel.

Mostly off the internet..lol I have some groups on myspace where I can learn from domestic things to what the Bible really says.. And of course mylot, I have learned so much here, I can't write what all I have learned..:)

I get my ideas and knowledge primarily from my husband. He's brilliant and also has tons of common sense. Hard to get both qualities all rolled up in one body and mind. My job is not exactly what I would call stimulating but it's been interesting. I deal with people and people can be a major "trip." I have learned helpful ideas from reading various discussions on myLot as well.
