What should be done if PARTIAL - ATM - TRANSACTION happens ??

It happened twice to me that while withdrawing money from atm machine ,it hung midway..Atm card came out but Cash didnt.. Even the receipt was generated by the machine debiting the amount withdrawn..What should be done in such cases ??

I think all ATM machines have a 1800 number that you can call if that happened. If not I'll be in the store where the ATM machine is kept and asking them for contact details. I would also contact my own bank and tell them of the transaction. I'm not sure if that is all that you should do as I have never had that happen to me.
