In India a Car by TATA has hit the head lines of Media. But there is already another car in Bangalore run by Battery called REVA. I feel that is the smallest car in India. If I am wrong I may be corrected. This is only my personnel openion.

You may be right about the smallest commercially produced car, atleast here in India. One more small car is due to come out from Rajkot which will be even cheaper than the Tata Nano - but it may take 2 or more years to come to commercial production. It is going to be a battery operated car like the Reva.
