Some people are said to be short tempered.I heard about a friend who said that her anger is uncontrollable and apparently she brke cell phones. I am not really short tempered and have not thrown tantrums.[mother would never have tolerated it right from young] but there are occasions when my blood boils[ especially when the person speaking to me has already hurt me terribly or continues to play devious games showing her/his smartness]On such occasions I get ters of rage and my blood pressure shoots up and my face gets terribly hot.Sometimes I say what I have to and then be in peace but if I choose to keep silent it affects me terribly within.IT is not ggod to bottle feelings.I know this and wish not to be too intense about anything.Wishing is one thing , implementing is another. So, can you share your views?

Laugh, & then show a friendly smile back at those who try to provoke your anger is a very effective way to combat anger. Make sure you only laugh & then smile, do not talk back or convey any idea or thought... & you will soon see the effect immediately - the one who try to provoke your anger will end-up get mad, & you will be the one who is happy & content.
