Would you ever send your child to a home or boot camp?

I don't think I ever would do this to my children. Although I was in a home, and it did change me for the better. I just prefer to raise my kids myself. My parents had no choice though I was court ordered. It was a home or boot camp!!!!!

No, I would never sent my children to a home or to boot camp! I love my children dearly and I could never send them off somewhere! I'm glad things ended well for you though. Take care!

I was made a ward of the court when I was a teenager and sent to a 'home for wayward girls' that was run by nuns. I can't really say it made me a better person, but I did get better at being bad. Fortunately I never had to go through anything like that with my kids. I always pretty much just let them do what ever they wanted to do, so there was nothing to rebel against I guess. It doesn't matter what anybody else thinks about that either, because I have 2 best friends now that they're grown, and that tells me all I need to know.
