I just quit smoking...

after 20 or so years, and now I want to get myself in a little better shape...want to get my "wind" back. I know it will be a slow process, but I was wondering what any of you fitness buffs do for motivation. Over the past few weeks, I started buying myself some workout equipment, boxing for fitness. I just can't seem to make myself get started, seems like something always comes up, you know, will start tomorrow so on and so on...
