Finding a Good, Cheap home!

Many of your know that I am planning on moving out with my sister. Well, she can't fidn a house. So I've been looking up houses, I've found a few I like. But she never likes them. She even said one was too big--even though it was a good price!
She won't tell me her price range. She never comes out and tells me, "dont ask" she just always turns the conversation away from it! And if I'm going to be looking for houses to, that would be some useful information.
So I'm wondering if anyone knows any really good sites where I can find nice, cheap houses! With some prices she won't be able to tell me "no" on or anything!

I am sorry to say that it does not sound like she wants you to look and is not looking much herself. It could be a long time before you find one with the attitude she has. I have no idea where to tell you to look, unless it would be auctions and some of them don't go to low.

The last time we talked about it she said I could look, and she thanked me for looking, like she appreciated it. I think she is looking at a few auction houses, but the auction doesn't start untul March 15th.
