I love to eat and make new food,it makes it difficult for me to manage my health

Hi friends, you'll can call me a part time chef as I love to make new foods. It could be Italian, American or even Asian to mane a few.I even feel that I may not be a perfectionist but I am good at it.I get suppot from my husband who gives me his honest opinion. Now trying new foods is quite a process, involving tasting and making it over and over and give your best shot. I basically get inspired from these TV shows and chefs who are so awesome at their skills. They inspire me to rn to my kitchen and try out new stuff all the time. Now here's the thing I will not consider any food to be unhealthy if I like the way its made.Butter or use of oil does not make me nervous at all.I know I may sound so unhealthy at this point of time but believe me I do want to be healthy certainly. Do you guys have any good suggestions for me?

I love eating, especially new food which I have never seen or tasted before, even I am full at that time, i will try to have some of it. So it is also very hard for me to control my weight in a standard level. But i think the contains of our stomach has its own limited, so we will take too much to make our body in a unhealth condition.

I think you can take as much as fruit before your dinner or lunch.Carries on the physical training and walk more intead of going by car.
