money or love

Though our race has seen many changes along its histroy of evolution, the one thing which has kept us together irrespective of our cultural differences is "love" .But the whole essence of its beauty has been lost under the onslaught of economic prowess . Is it the fact that we are becoming more an intellectual primates which are homing in on our basic instincts to survive and thrive by manupulating the basic fabric of life,love, or is it because we are defining love with a new meaning where money plays an important role?

I think so, here in my country because of poverty. Women tend to leave the person they do really love to have a better life not only for themselves but also for their family. I know some persons who married a foreigner to be able to get out of the country and search for greener pastures. I can easily feel the pain they're feeling. As for me, love is still something that should make you stay and make it is an inspiration. You can never love someone who is rich but you don't like to be with. It's like eating what you know can hurt you. I feel sad because I remembered someone whose going through this.

It is sad to see that people's ethics are changed when money comes in . What is the use of having money if you cant smell love in the air .
