What do you think is the best contraception method, which is safe and less of side effect.

Abstinence! :) God given, free, absolutely no side effects. What could be better?

So far, abstinance wins... It's free and has absolutely no side effects while at the same time is 100% effective. Of course, that's not the method I use. I had my tubes tied years ago after my divorce. My husband also had his done during his first marriage. We're DEFINITELY not getting pregnant.

I think pills is the best and safe.But there is pills with out any side effects.

the best, most accurate, dependable, and morally acceptable form of birth control would be abstinence from connubial activity.
