for March 31, 2008. I heard that it takes 21 days of conforming to break a habit. I counted it up and I have been smoking for 19 years and I just turned 30 years old! I cried last night when I thought about all the athletics I wanted to do, and the things I couldn't do because of smoking, the whiff of smoke I would get of myself walking into a non-smoking place. I love the smells of cooking and peoples homes when I don't smell smoke. I know it all sounds weird but my nose is sooooo sensitive, meaning I can smell EVERYTHING, but I want to be able to smell more. I was wondering if you had quit recently and what worked for you? I need all the help I can get. I decided that I will mylot, read, go running again (yeah, even after smoking all these years I can still run 6 miles a day) and dancing. Any help you have will be appreciated. Thanks guys and gals!!
