does he/she has lover?
if the answer is "No", you have the chance to be her/his lover. And in this case, let the lucky people know you are the one! Date with him/her and tell him/her your feeling.
but if he/she has lover, you should keep away from him/her and choose your own lover.

it is not considered yet ,if he/she be with you for a little longer ,he may
find that you are his best choice because you love her.for this period,just
stay after him ,like him stilly
