Planning to invest some money. Bux.to or Buxa.in???

I'm planning to spend about 100$ for premium and some referrals, and i am between Bux.to and buxa.in Do you have any suggestions? So far I know that: 1) Bux.to has more reputation that buxa.in 2) bux.to also has 3 million users, and the payments are delayed (up to 60 days sometimes, while buxa.in pays within the week I'm thinking for buxa.in because it's cheaper, but i still don't know.. any suggestions would be appreciated !!
