Landed Property VS Condominium?

Some people perfer Landed houses as there are plenty of land for them to build their own garden; Some prefer condominium type as thre are plenty of facilities for them to enjoy. I'd prefer a Condominium type since I seldom do gardening and enjoy the sport facilities provided. Do you prefer a Landed property or a condominium type?
