have you done something sweet on your mothers birthday?

my boyfriend and i did something sweet and nice to my mother.. since we didnt have a nanny to cook dinner for us we both decided to cook something as we continue to celebrate her birthday until the night ends... it is her 54th birthday and our theme for her birthday is seafood cuisine. haha.. we bought parrot fish (very big one!), salmon, and big squid (what we cal pusit lumot in the Philippines). we grilled and cooked soup with it and it turned out that she loved everything that was offered on the table.. she ate alot.. of course a cake was never forgotten.. she blew the candle as i took pictures of her.. how about you? what was the sweetest thing youve done for your mother?

The sweetest thing is always asurprise birthday for my mom. Because she always tells us not to spend much for her birthday but we always want to throw an extraordinary celebration for her

i know my mother was surprised because she didnt expect us to cook a lot of food for her and she really liked what we presented to her.. i didnt have any gift but this was the first time i planned of celebrating her birthday.. ive always wanted to try surprising my mother..
