Hello Ubiquitous!:-) I haven’t seen you around in recent days, I hope you and your family are fine!?:-) And, do tell me about the results of 5 other subjects which were awaited the last time we talked here!? Thank you for sharing this recipe. Hehe! I don’t personally like this tea much but yes, it has magical effects. It doesn’t mean it tastes bad, not at all, but I never liked it! My mother used to make it sometimes when I had this problem which I didn’t have often, anyway! For reference of others who may like to try it, I am translating your two original words for which you didn’t find the translation. I am providing translation in different languages so that maximum people could benefit. I hope they are right!:-) 1. LAUNG: Cloves (English), Girofles (French), Nelken (German), Clavos (Spanish), Chiodi di garofano (Italien). 2. Daar cheeni: Cinnamon (English), Cannelle (French), Zimt (German), Canela (Spanish),Cannella (Italien).

Since i just stay alone in my apartments, nobody will make the tea or what you prescribed it. If i have a cold, i will make hot green tea with sugar, and take paracetamol or sanaflu, or ctm, and go to sleep. Have a cold just need more time to relax and sleep... If my bf around, i will ask him to make steam for me... If i get sick, i'm really lazy to cook for myself, i prefer to eat outside...

hello manya_pearl! How are you ? well, you are right especially in cold people become lazy, and its a fatigue then to cook for yourself. Its good that your bf will make steam if you will ask him to. Avoid taking medicines :) ,the above tea i stated 3 days will completely remove your cold, but the one u suggested green tea wid sugar is quite fine too if you add lemon to it:) Thanks for replying ! Take care.

I am good. thanks. Yes, lemon is full of vitamin C. I know the Vegetables and fruits contain a lot too. in fact, the chilli contain the most vitamin C, but it make your body dry, and make your throat burn. When I catch a cold, I used to cook soups with plenty of vegetables. It's hot and contains vitamin C.
