I was wondering if anybody has advice or tips for morning sickness. This is my first pregnancy and I am sooo nauseous all the time. I am starting my 3rd month, and the doctor gave me a prescription for the nausea but I don't want to take medicine unless I really need to. I've tried crackers, and I also bought Sea-Bands to wear on my wrists. Nothing really helps...anybody have suggestions? Thanks!

A cure for morning sickness, aside from not giving birth to the child, can be nearly impossible to find, in fact it is impossible to find. The reality is there is no cure for morning sickness because it is not a disease that has a cure. When looking for a cure for morning sickness you are most likely looking for an end to the nausea associated with morning sickness. Some people believe there are herbal remedies that can offer a cure for morning sickness nausea, however, taking herbs can be equally concerning for many pregnant women since they know that the herbs are changing the chemicals in their body in order to combat the feelings of nausea. Fortunately, however, acupressure technology has advanced to the point where women can wear safe and effective wristbands that offer a cure for morning sickness nausea. Wristbands, such as the adjustable wristbands offered by BioBands use the right degree of pressure in the right location (a specific point on the wrist) to block the transmission of nausea before it can be registered by your body. These BioBands wristbands offer a cure for morning sickness nausea because they effectively eliminate the feelings of nausea before they begin. BioBands’ adjustable bands are ideal for nausea associated with morning sickness, motion sickness, headaches, and so forth. The technology is sound and safe and women are relieved to be able to find a safe, comfortable and easy to use cure for morning sickness nausea. Rather than suffering through it or taking potentially dangerous medications, BioBands offers a safe and effective weapon against nausea associated with morning sickness. This has proven to be great news for women seeking a cure for morning sickness. Is this band you bought same with biobands? If not try it.. Hope you feel better soon. Take more rest. :)

I had morning sickness for about a month, starting in my third month. I just made it a habbit to not eat anything until after I had been awake for at least 4 hours. sip water, avoid acidic juices, and when you start feeling nausea coming on, try to put your head between your knees and breath deeply.

I know exactly how you feel. I am 5 months pregnant and nothing helped me with my morning sickness and this is my fourth pregnancy. I had morning sickness with all of them. The only good thing is that morning sickness should lesson a bit for you this month. Good luck.
