What Happens if I don't Pay my ticket?

I got ANOTHER ticket (my third one) I am not on my mothers insurance. So will this affect her? or for that matter will she find out if I don't pay it? I am going to be moving to new york in two weeks and I know your supposed to shred your previous DL from another state. So will that make the ticket null and void there? This is seriously making me not want to drive. 35 miles an hour? that's too damn slow. I just can't do it. I am so mad!

I think it will affect your mom maybe. Im not really sure but I got a ticket once and it went to the person insurance of the car I was driving. I think if you dont pay there will be a warrent as it has happened to a few of my friends. I have one going to court tomorrow actually due to a susspended license he didnt know he had. He didnt pay his tickets and suspened his lisence. He got pulled over in another state and now has to go to court for not only speeding but driving without a valid lisense. I dont know for sure though. I could be wrong and it may just depend on the state you are in and whatnot.
