Should be the responsibility of an establishment such as a Casino or a bar? In other words should a person with an addiction be able to sue a casino for not stopping them from gambling? What about a bar or anywhere that sells alcohol? Should I be able to sue them all because I can't control my addiction? I heard today on the news that a woman, a lawyer to be exact, is suing some casinos for "letting" her spend one million dollars in their establishments. She said they should have stopped her. How ludicrous. Gee, I'm addicted to going to movies, maybe I should sue my movie theatre for letting me in once a week, or how about I sue Mylot for letting me come here every day, better yet, I'll just sue the internet!.....I rest my case.
