ACER 4520, anyone uses this?

I plan to get this Acer model soon. I just want to know if there is someone out there who uses this brand. I plan on doing some graphics designing on this, and use Photoshop CS2, and also do some web programming, like Dreamweaver. Possibly a little gaming, like The Sims 2. Do you think this particular brand and model can handle the things I want it to do?

i have never used it,but i am using Acer 3025 now. actually Acer,i think,has good quality and its price is not too high.i just searched your model on-line and i think it can fully satisfies your request.so if you had decide to choose this model,just go ahead!

Thanks for the reply. I actually think it would, but I read one review where Windows XP cannot be installed on this particular model because some drivers cannot be installed properly. Now, I am very confused. I do hope that there is someone here in myLot who can clear this issue.

well i own the 4520g model and am pretty happy with this laptop. i already upgraded the graphics card to 8600M GT from 8400M G, and now it can run new games on medium to high settings without any problem, but the stock 8400M G can run run the sims 2 with no problem. the processor is also very upgradeable. so this laptop really i can recommend. ;)

yeah,i know that.nowadays most of the computers,expecially the laptops use sata hard disk connection.so when we install winXP,there would be some problems.but it can be resolved easily!you can ask the technician in the store to help you or even search for some course on-line!
