surgery- would you choose it?

Yup, I had total abdominal hysterectomy four years back because of endometriosis. No, cosmetic surgery seems to be scary. Even if I would have the bucks, I don't think I would waste it on cosmetic surgery. Would rather spend it on something that would benefit more people. I am aware that people would pay a huge price for say a nose lift, or s liposuction in order to look good, but I am the more conservative type, and would rather not take the risk.
