Something other than PayPal?

My Husband and I have started a small online business and we accept payments through PayPal because it seemed like the easiest option to accept all forms of payment. However, I am so unsatisfied with their service charging 2.9% interest +$0.30, and then if a person happens to use a credit card 4.9% of their purchase price goes to PayPal and you only get 5 credit card transactions per year, which is not going to work for us. Does anyone have any good places to go that have the capability to receive money online in the form of credit cards, checks, etc. like PayPal does? Thanks!

I know that there are other systems out there like AlertPay and eGold etc. I am a member of both PayPal and AlertPay. I've not set up a business so I can't say what they are like for service chages but you can at least have a look at them? I have used PayPal a couple of times and it was OK for me and haven't actually used AlertPay yet - still waiting to get enough credit to actually spend the money I have made there! Good luck and hopefully someone else will be able to answer your question more fully.
