Get rid of a headache

Hi there. I am so sorry you have a bad headache. I know how you feel! Some massage (pressure point) techniques could help. It's the best way to get to ease the pain without tylenol. Try Rotating your fingers over your scalp slowly. (whenever I have a bad migraine and can take anything right away I try pulling at my hair a little, or wearing a hat very tightly on my head. Sounds weird (the first one) but actually can work. The pressure seems to make it better. OR Put pressure on the webbed part of your hand between your finger and thumb which is a pressure point. Also whats great for a migraine, believe it or not, is foot massage. I hope this helps!!
