Ok so I recently deceided to start making my own jewllery, however I am now wondering how the hell I am going to sell the stuff. Has anyone got any ideas I would love to know as I have been on ebay and thats ok but I am sure there is more places out there. If you would like to see any of the stuff then just let me know and I will see what I can do. Thank you

I dont usually wear jewllery, but when i do it has to be gold or else it gets infected and i break out in hives and its just nasty. What type of jewllery are you making ? and what is it made out of ?

my jewllery is made up of lots of differnet beads so sounds like you would not loke them much, I have the same issue with silver jewllery and it's so annoying as people seem to think it is just because I have exspensive taste, I WISH. Thanks for getting back to me

You can try Etsy.com. The site is about people who buy and sell handmade items. Unlike Ebay, Etsy isn't an auction site. Each seller has there own store (which is free) and each item listed (for .20) remains listed for 4 months. They take 3.5% of the final sale price. The site is competitive and the jewelry catagory is loaded with items. But since you name price your own items, you don't run into the chance of selling a nice item for .99 like on the auction sites.

I've found myself asking the very same question. I make my own herbal creams & stuff and am getting ready to start utilizing a site that offers a free gallery and lets crafters sell there :) It's at www.judysbookshop.com/nuke So far, I'm really loving it. Hope this helps :) Lela

Do you know if there will be any craft fairs in your area? I know in my area there will be one around the first week in December. I am planning on participating this year. I am also going to try selling on esty. There have been a lot of smart people on here who have suggested esty and I know this site has a great reputation for giving such great advice. I haven't made jewelry in such a long time and if I ever get enough money put together I will go back to it. I am currently making dough ornamnets, felt ornamnets, soap and bath salts. After Christmas I am going to look into buying small wooden birdhouses and turning them into wind chimes.
