We think we are numerous on Earth. We think our numbers make us a seriously dominant life form on this planet. If you want to keep that belief, do not look down. For every one of us, there are 1.5 billion bugs. * That wasn't a typo. For every man, woman, and child living on this planet, there are 1.5 billion insects flying, crawling, hopping, leaping, and jumping on this planet. That translates to about 10,000,000,000,000,000,000 insects on earth at any given moment to our six billion souls. * It isn't a case of the meek 'will' inherit the Earth, they already own it, lock stock & barrel.
