What do you do when there's something not so legal going on at work?

I don't know what to do, but I know I don't want to be a part of it.

I ended up quitting my last job because of legal and ethical issues that went against every fibre of my being. It may not be so easy for you, though. If you're in a position to right the situation somehow, even anonymously, I'd do it-at least then it's not on your consceince, as you've done what you could to rectify the situation.

Start looking for another job. You don't want to end up involved in it.

it would be difficult to say unless you're actually in that situation. but tell you what --- i have, and i had to quit my job because i didn't want to be a part of something that runs in conflict with what i believe in. so i quit my job. luckily for me, i got into something better.
