TEA makes teeth strong!!

Oh really? I dont know if its contain fluoride... i'm not that sure... hehe tea has antioxidant and stains your teeth its for sure! Hmmm... I used to drink tea since elementary... my mom always prepare red tea with my breakfast... and its stained my teeth! Yes! great tea... but i dont have perfect smile until i use toothpaste product with whitening and double fluoride. Just tips: You can use straw to drink tea, so it will not directly stain you teeth even you consume it everyday. ok. hv a nice day!

I really didn't know that. Is this all teas or only certain ones, because I know drinking a lot of dark teas actually stains your teeth, and I know from experience that that's not any good at all, lol.
