It depends. I try to eat a piece of chocolate if I'm ever upset to help with the endorpines. But if I can find a nice meal to prepare, that will always get my spirits up.

Yeah usually when you are mad, you are hurting and the appetitte simply disappears!

I love eating food,especially cute delicious food.But i don't like eating food with bad emotion.That's bad for your health.try some other way to call away your bad feeling just like exercise and sing songs in ktv,and so on.don't you think so?

I eat less if I'm upset, but I eat more if I'm angry, but then I usually go to the gym to take my frustration out on the equipment, which makes me feel much better and burns off the extra food I eat (hopefully) :)

food is good for me, I eat no matter when I'm mad or happy.
I like eating rice, I will not happy or fire when I don't eat rice only one day.

Others turn to eating when they are depressed. I think it is also the same around, there's also a tendency that you can't eat when something or someone upsets you.
Like you, when I'm mad, depressed or upset, I can't eat... because my mind is so much focused on what troubled me. I think it's a better situation...at least we will not get fat, by turning to foods, lol.
