I was really shocked after trying to withdraw my earnings here on mylot, through moneybookers. What happened to me there was the first time, since I never visit the site unless I want to make a transaction and that's coming mylot alone. Now, they only allow to withdraw money if only we could meet their minimum amount which is $15.57 US or EURO 10.00. I can't believe it, since the amount I'm about to withdraw was less than $15. While I did felt offended and somehow infuriated by it, I just can't help but laugh at it (doing my best not to look at it as a big deal for me). It's like I'm in a state of denial here, trying to fool myself as if nothing did happen! Now for those moneybookers subscribers, has anyone of you noticed this already for I may be the only one who don't know it right before this thing happened to me? I don't really use paypal, I'm still comfortable with moneybookers and have no intention to change it. I'm only seeking other people's views and thoughts about the matter, that maybe I could get my money the next month without causing any problem? Thanks in advance, may you all have a great weekend.

hi raijin. I use Moneybookers, too. But still haven't made any withdrawals because I want to accummulate my earnings to a larger amount. So the processing fee that they require will be worth it. But they did change their policy regarding the withdrawal minimum amount. The last time I checked their site, which was 2 weeks ago, it was set to only $11 to $12. I also have a PayPal account. But because I've already have some earnings deposited to Moneybookers, I'll just wait for the right time to withdraw the money. Then finally close my account and just use PayPal.

For the many times I've used it, this was just the first time I've encountered such changes. I guess, it's been a while also that I've used their services. heck, I thought I could cash it out already! I need some additional money, because we're planning for a group outing this coming Black Saturday (23rd) on the beach. I guess I just have to stick to what I have, hope that it does make ends meet..

I only get to Bataan once when I was still working in Subic, as I have a co-worker who's from there. They have good seafoods there, especially those delicious crabs and prawns! Just a question if you won't mind, would it be no problem if I just leave my earnings there on moneybookers for a while? They already deducted $2.80 from it, would they charge me again if ever mylot sent me this month's earnings there?

My son and I are off to a weeklong vacation, too at Bataaan(my sister's place). If the weather is just right, we might find ourselves in a pool.

hi raijin! is it you or is it just moneybookers?? seems like i got infected with your bad luck! just kidding! ^__^ i tried to withdraw $20 a moment ago. guess what too? i needed to verify my identity first before they can send me the money. i was really aghast! i have withdrawn before and they didn't ask me for an identity verification. why now? i mean i have withdrawn before without that kind of hassle. and they have three options as to how i can verify my identity, either i pay a redemption fee through my debit/credit card, verify my bank account or verify my address. option 1 is out of the question because i don't have any credit card. option 2 requires me to request for a bank transfer withdrawal or something like that which probably from my bank, it actually doesn't say exactly where, so i'm kinda at loss about this also. and even if its really from my bank account, i would have to wait for Monday to do that. option three says once i choose it they would send me a letter that would contain the verification code. where is moneybookers?? another country. i just can imagine how long will it take for the letter to reach me. and i they don't really give me a guarantee about it. geez. what a pain. i'll have to check the document i printed when i first withdrew money here. i'm really disappointed and frustrated and i can't really laugh like you. i'm actually worrying already.

If it's bad, then let's hope that it won't resort to anything that could be worse..

OMG, things are getting quite complicated now. I believe I have already did option three already, since I received a letter from them after registering there many months ago. I don't have any credit card, so I don't think the first two would be a problem for me to worry of! As for the verification notice, that depends on your location. Usually you'll receive it one or two weeks after submitting your informations there.. Well I hope they don't have to do that to me, or else..

Oh Raijin, it's nice to just know that SOMEBODY on here is still getting paid. I haven't seen a Mylot donation to my Paypal account in months. True, I don't get here much anymore. But after many weeks of popping in every now and again, you'd think I could do a little better than my current, many weeks accumulation of $2.67. LOL

Hehe! Your's sure have to wait for a long time, but at least you're still making out of something outside mylot! I'm just a bit frustrated though, I thought of celebrating but that NEW policy killed the thrill outta me..

Sorry to hear it Raijin. I was gonna open an account with Moneybookers and I'm glad to have learned this information before I make the same mistake later. By the way, I see that you guys are mentioning paypal. Since I'm back in the Philippines I tried to get another paypal account yesterday and when I added my bank account to verify it using my BDO card it denied my request. So if you could help me out, which card except credit card can we use here in the Philippines to verify our paypal account? Thank you very much.

It's really not that of a trouble for me, moneybookers just seemed to change their policies on the minimum amount to be withdrawn but still nothing to be bothered of. I'm still using it, I'll just have to wait for the next month's earnings to finally withdraw my money there. Try asking JC (the responder above you), she's using paypal on her other affiliations. So I'm not the right person to help you there, sorry for that..

Well, I'm pretty sure you can withdraw your earnings by next month. Okay, I'll ask JC about it then. Anyway, does Moneybooker charge you something when you withdraw your money to your bank account?

Yep, but it depends. I believe the maximum charge is about $3.00, no more no less.. No problem, I'll notify JC about your questions as well..

Sorry raijin, can't help you there. I only use paypal and received my funds today and was able to withdraw it to my bank account. I am not sure how moneybookers works, but wanted to stop by and wish you a lovely weekend too :) take care!

No worries, I was seeking some similar situations like what I had but seems that I'm the only one who still uses moneybookers' service here! Anyhow, thank you and hope that you do have a lovely weekend and a blessed week of lent..

That sounds so frustrating!! How about if you put your payout limit up on mylot so that you get a bigger payout, I knoe it will take that little bit longer to reach but you will have to satisfaction that you will have no problems getting your money? Mylot should really know about minimum transactions with the money companies that they allow members to use also.... :-)

I wasn't even aware that I would receive payment this early, because I remember choosing $25 on my minimum payment. Well that's what I thought, then came 14th of this month and boom! (a message came to my e-mail telling me that I qualified!) Yes, I really think the admin should notify us somehow on their banking partners..

Hi, well I'm happy to know that money bookers are now paying even not in their minimum amount. I will not having a hard time to withdraw it next month. Thanks for the info....

Yikes! I think you misinterpret my topic, I'm still kind of wary of the way they changed their policy there. Back then, I was not even required of how much I would withdraw and now it's different.

raijin lol man let the steam out. Moneybookers is the best they did that for your own comfort why because you will be saving it on your charges. Believe me it is an U.K company and has been doing very good i just love it. It happened with others also just cheer up.

Not really that big of a deal for me, I just got bugged by it for a while and now felt good about it already.. I'm sure that I would get my money there, I'm just a bit frustrated that I wasn't noticed about their new policy..
