How many of you have never done an exercise in your life?

I'm a person who is very conscious about diet..But I do exercise only once in a while - whenever I get time. But when I discuss with my friends, few of them tell that they have never done any exercise in their life..Do anybody of you fall in that category? How many of you have never ever exercised in your life time? Don't you like to keep yourself fit?

I think my family is more conscious about my health than me myself. because every time i go home after a period of 2-3 months .. they would say you have become weak and make me have so much food so that i gain weight.. and then i would again lose my weight after leaving home..
But anyway i used to go to gym when i wasin college but i harldy went there for 15 days in a period of 4 months .. I wasn't regular at that..
I would already have so much exercise running from hostel to college..
Moreover i like spending my time in playing sports andmost of my exercise is done in playing Tennis.. I love doing that.. So i think that makes me fit.. Even now after sitting the whole day in office i like spending time in Playing Tennis or Swimming.. So i think that much exercise is enough for me..

I think you are having the exercise regimen in some way or other..You are doing good job..Some form of movement of the body is very essential to keep oneself fit --It can be anything like walking or jogging or running or swimming / tennis as you have said.

I think that it is unfortunate that alot of people only see exercise as a weight loss regimen but the work you put in now will go far in how well your body functions in your 40s, 50s, and 60s+. My problem is that I can't stand stretches and will only do a very minimal amount and this often leaves me in alot of pain after I do my exercise

I definately don't fall into that category..I LOVE to exercise and have always been an active person in one way or another..however there was a few yrs that I was so mentally messed up that I quit working out and being active at all (severe depression) but that ended a couple yrs back and I've been for the most part back on track since...In fact I'm getting ready to do a workout in a few minutes actually

Walking...for at least thirty minutes each morning and evening.That is the only exercise I do. I feel that it is thebest form of exercise to keep your physical fitness at the safe level.

Well to be honest I dont over eat normally but my diet wouldnt be great as in regards my choices of food. I am slightly overweight but i cant get motivated to fix it.
I dont excercise as I dont like walking by myself and dont have anyone to walk with. We have an excercise bike but i dont find it very good. I hate gyms because I feel like people are looking at me. Id love to do tai bo but i cant find anywhere local that does it.
Id love to find the energy to excercise - which is ironic because excercise actually gives you energy.
