oprah show for money or helping people?????

It is yes and no. Its is yes she uses money that she gets from sponsors to help the needy and keep the show running. And might be no because she also uses her own funds to help the needy. If only sponsors can make people do what Oprah is doing then I think everybody could be doing the same thing. She works hard to look for sponsors and when she gets them sponsors she channels the money to a due course and I think thats why she is what she is now.

I believe that Oprah earns a lot of money from investments and also from sponsorships aswell as the show itself. Personally, I love Oprah... she is a beautiful, down to earth woman who does everything she can to help others Just look at Hurrican Katrina... She was the first celebrity to step in and send aid to the citizens... and if I recall correctly, the money she donated was much more than that donated by any other celebrity. She even visited New Orleans while the place was still in a mess to offer her support on a personal level... from what I saw of her visit, the whole situation almost broke her heart. When you think about it, Oprah has no reason to keep working... her investments and the money already earned would be more than enough to keep her in luxury for the rest of her life. I think she only keeps working because she knows she can help others through her work and by keeping herself in the public eye she can always be in a position to help.
