Hi , Kerala is called as Gods own country. It is the state with highest literacy rate .Iam very happy that Iam also one from Kerala ,The beautiful state. The speciality is that wherever we go we can see greenary.....I really love to enjoy that natural beauty.Harthals(strike) and politics are the main problem there.Anyway I love my hometown sooo much.

Welcome to Mylot! I am from India, I have heard a lot about Kerala, but haven't got any chance to go there. The natural beauty of kerala attracts me when ever I see the glimpses of Kerala on TV. If I get a chance, I will not miss to go to Kerala. Nice to know you are from Kerala and an Indian.

I am Indian, I know about Kerala very much. Kerala is a green strip of land, in the South West corner of Indian peninsula. It has only 1.1 8 per cent of the total area of the country but houses 3.43% of the country's population. In 1956, when the states were reorganized, Kerala was formed after tying the princely states of Travancore and Cochin with Malabar, a province under Madras state....
