Marking best response

Do you ever go into a discussion and end up reading all or some of the different responses to the question or comment posted and wished you could mark it best response? I came up with a thought about why the person who posted the question has to make that decision... Why can't everyone make the decision for the best response and let mylot average the votes (for ratings)? Of course the person who posted the question would have to vote as well. Maybe once the person who posted the discussion, then that would finalize the vote and the person who was voted the most, would be in favor? We should also get a little extra for this maybe a nickle or dime? I'm not sure about you, but for me it's really hard to decide who my favorite response is. What do you think?

Nooooo way! lol most people, i think, do not read all the responses. they just write their own response and then move on to the next discussion. I like that i have the power to mark my own discussions ;) It would be a good idea though.. if we didn't have any meanies or rude people

Good point sissygrl. I find it really tough to make the decision of who had the best response sometimes. Not in all my discussions but most of them. Thanks for commenting :)
