Our Troups in Afghanistan

Canadian soldiers have been fighting in Afghanistan since the very beginning. They are in the imfamous Kandahar province. We are getting very little support from the rest of the world and pretty much fighting alone in the area. Other countries have troops in Afghanistan such as France but they are not sending down to the dangerous area where the canadians are fighting and getting killed.
Canada said that we will pull out in 2009 if the world does not help. The Afghani government has begged to stay they still need help.
George Bush does not want us out he said he will send more american troops to the area.
The latest decision looks like we will stay.

They have worked diligently to help the Afghani government without help I think help should have came to them long before they had to threaten to leave to get it. I think if they don't receive help soon and if not then why risk their own lives for it? I think if they don't get the help they are promised then yeah they should pull out. I do believe that the world should take up the slack and help out. why should they the canadians being the only ones risking their lives in that part of the dangerous sections. have a good evening posting winterose.
