The best player this season is Cristiano Ronaldo,although I don't think it's the best he can show.He'll shine for years.
Next to him is Fernando Torres,the same story.I knew he is good from time when he was playing in Atletico but now I realized that he's not just good,he is great and even more.It would be nice having them both in the same team...
Kaka is not playing on the same level as last season,the same thing is with Ronaldinho,Robinho and Ibrahimovic.
Messi is great but he's injured too often.
Pato has plenty of time to show what he's got,although he's already showed a lot.

well,I'm not that much into Arsenal (I'm not from UK) and I really like almost all Premiership clubs because they're all great.Still,Arsenal is my favourite for last few years because Wenger's nose for young players and Henry(before) and now Eduardo (he's playing for Croatian representation and played for Dinamo Zagreb - my hometown club).I don't really like Adebayor,although he's scoring like crazy lately...

lmao @ your comments. goofy has been no good for the last 2 years and is on a serious decline due to having an over inflated ego. He has been out shown by his team mate lionel messi this year who is not even in top 3 players in the world at the momment. top 3 are cristiano ronaldo, fernando torres and emanuel adebayor

In that list, I'd say cristiano ronaldo is the best player at this moment. But i'd say Ronaldo is the greater player. He's won the world cup, spanish league, italian league and more. He's been world player of the year. He's had so many achievements. His only problem is he's injury prone. But for someone who is injury prone, to achieve what he's done, to me marks him as a great player.

I'd definitely go for Kaka. At a very young age, he's "resume" is quite impressive.

lol@ talent and heart... he is being paid a huge wedge of money to pretend like he gives a 5hit... Kaka was extremely lucky to win players of the year awards last year as Ronaldo should of won it... well known fact that poxy uefa ppl who choose it would rather have someone from the continent win rather that some one from england.... This year Ronaldo is by far the best player in the world and if by some magic pixy dust miracle he dont get world player of the year I will be extemely surprised.

I think all 10 players you listed are great players (even though to be truthful I have never seen Abou Treika play, just heard of him), as for the best, that is very difficult,besides the ones up there, there are many others who are also great players, and I tend to think it depends on the game you watch, I have seen 9 of the players listed play incredible games and then I have seen games were they hardly even touch a ball,besides that is a question that will never be answered to everyones satisfaction, just look at the who's better Pele or Maradona question, it's been going on for nearly 20 years and its still unanswered. So I would just leave it at all of them are great players.
