Are you losing weight? Could you suggest some way of losing weight? What is the best way?Exercise? Many classmates ask me this question,I don't know,I think it is. It is not good for young ladies to keep slim at the cost of their heath.

I also want to lose weight but I seem to lack the energy. Maybe I should go back to Weight Watchers which is what I recommend for you as well. Knowing what foods to eat and exercising every other day for 20 minutes is good for us. I still feel that Weight Watchers is good for you.

"Determination" is the thing required for weight loss. Further, one should firmly believe that one can achieve "weight loss". If these two things are ensured, dieting and exercise would defintely help in losing weight !

It easy for me to gain and lose weight.. i am right now ive been dieting and dancing a lot this couple of weeks thats why im enjoying it.I can be fat the other time i can be very slim..

i dont diet but dancing really burns it i go out more now ive lost about 35 pounds going out on weekends just friday dancing my but off
