for me, only the five stars hotel make me feel homey LoL
they always provides the best like the bed, pillow, towel, etc
but i also feel comfortable and homey at some small hotels or inns
i like the atmospheres and the smell of the trees on those hotels garden
almost those inns which located near beaches makes me feel homey, although i live in the mountain right now
hahahaa LoL
they always make me feel homey, and always push me to extend and don't want to go home
but still, then i run out of money and damn i must go home, hahaaa
what about you ??
can you easily adapt and feel homey ??

hi gr8life
hahaa, well it's good to love your own home
honestly.. i'm not feeling comfortable in my own house all the time
sometimes i feel dull in the house, but i don't think this is something bad ^^
whenever i stay at the hotel, i must be in traveling
and i like exploring new places
so i guess my homey feeling came from the excitement of traveling around ^^
thanks gr8life .. heheee

Hi unuzzz, I seldom stay over night in a five stars hotel. I prefer to stay in a three stars hotel, or occasionally a four stars hotel as the latter two are far much cheaper. I find that all well managed three stars hotel is good in all aspects. For me, the most important thing when staying in a hotel is the hygiene and the service of the hotel. Hotel is only a place for us to have a temporary stay during our vacation or other business. Anyway, how nice, luxurious and comfortable a hotel is, it still couldn’t be as intimate and homey as our home. Moreover it would be unaffordable for me to pay such an expensive hotel room for a longer time. If so I might be bankrupt very soon.

The best hotels I have stayed in are casino hotels, they are clean, well kept and usually offer more than a normal hotel room, of course they cater to the big spenders, but I have also been offerd an exec. suite on a slow night.
we do travel a lot and have stayed at many , high priced and low priced and some I will never never stop at again.

Usually my first night in any hotel or other place than my home makes me dont fall asleep easily. The following night I am already adjusted especially if the place or room is very cozy amd comfy. What I like in hotels is that I don't have to worry about cleaning the room, bathroom and arranging the bed, I am pampered, unlike in my home, I have to do the chores myself.

hi joyce959
yes, the best part of staying in a hotel is that we don't have to matter the room and etc
the one that makes me homey is the pillow
if i can get a comfortable set of bed and pillow,
i can even sleep on the garden LoL
thanks for responding joyce959.. ^^

The really pretty ones dont make me feel homey exactly, but definatly comfortable and spoiled.
I have stayed in some nice cheaper hotels but the executive rooms are the best the are just so big and luxurious.

I like staying in five star hotels because of their excellent service to their guests. The place is nice, the room is very clean and restful, the food is great and the service exceptional. Yes, there are also some nice small hotels here in our place and I like them too. What I like in hotels is that the people there make you very comfortable and serves you all you want, ver quickly, but of course there's always a price for it. I don't feel it's homey because it's very much different from my house and the feeling is also very different. But the relaxation I get is so much more than my own home. I feel like I'm always on a vacation when I stay at my favorite hotels.
