I always have a cup of coffee or tea next to me during the day no matter what I'm doing and although I have a lot of mugs and cups I like to use a travel mug. I have so many of them and most of them were freebies I received from different sites. It's great not having to keep running to the coffee maker for a refill because they are so big plus I don't have to worry about knocking them over and having them spill all over my desk and keyboard. Have you used travel mugs around your house? Do you use them when you go out?

I have a regular mug that I use for me daily coffee. It's a large sized coffee so I have to take it around the house when consuming my coffee.

I love my travel mugs and use them at home and in the car when I am "running around town". They keep me from making a mess if I tip my drink over. I used to take them to work with me; but, my new job requires me to wear a headset and a travel mug means that I have to keep adjusting the mouthpiece all the time. So, I have switched to a "sports bottle" with a "sippy straw" for work. It still keeps me from making a mess if I tip it over; BUT, the straw lets me drink without having to readjust my mouthpiece EVERY time I want to take a sip.

I started using a travel mug for my coffee when my son was born. I learned very quickly that if I want more than the first couple of sips to be hot, I needed to use the travel mug. And then as he got older, it has helped because it doesn't spill as easily. He did grab it once and tip it, but not much spilled because of the lid. So, as long as he is around- until he's old enough not to grab it, I'll use the travel mug.

I usually don't drink from mugs much. I like cups that have lids that you can drink out of staws on. My husband takes a mug of coffee to work everyday but he dosen't drink out of it at home.

I prefer to drink from a ceramic mug. I'd use a travel mug if I were worried about spilling in the car, but I really don't like the plastic taste they usually have.
