How do we wish Mlos on special occassions and their birthdays and likes

My birthday just went by, and I enjoyed very much. I was thinking all the while if there would be some way to wish all you mylos out there, on some occassion or the other. I was on the verge of posting a message on mlot, on "Womens Day" but was disconnected from net, so couldn't.
I think special days are to be celebrated with our loved ones.But how do we go about wishing you friends.

If you read the Mylot guidelines wishing people a happy birthday is discouraged if you post it as a discussion. Actually I have seen some of those discussions taken down by Mylot. The best way to do this if you know your Mylot friends' birthdays is to send them a PM.
