I want to whiten my teeth. Anyone have a suggestions? Whitening strips versus the dissolving strips. Are there any toothpastes that actually do the job? Dentist is not an option for me. I have coffee stains mostly. Don't smoke. Any ideas on what is most effective? Thank you all.

I am an avid coffee drinker so I feel your pain. What I found works the best is Crest WhiteStrips. Within a few days your teeth get really sparkly white, I loved it. I didn't even use them for the full 10 days haha, probably only 3-4 days. The dissolving strips and the kind in the retainer type things don't work very well. They are messy, irritating, and make you feel like you have stuff on your teeth all day long. With the crest white strips when the time is up I like to brush my teeth afterwords because the bleaching agents they use don't come off completely when you take the strips off. But it's not like having food stuck to your teeth or anything. So that would be my vote.
