How do you define laziness? Where

do you draw the line between someone you consider lazy, someone you would consider reasonably balanced and someone you think works too hard? I've seen lots of posts about laziness, but isn't it all about how you define it? Aren't we all just "differently motivated" to put it in a kind of PC-speak?
