Jelly Beans or Cadbury Creme Eggs?

Which Easter candy do you prefer? My husband likes jelly beans (I do, too) but I have a hard time resisting Cadbury Creme Eggs. I'm a chocoholic anyway, and the creme filling of the Cadbury eggs is just so good, and I always wonder how they get that yellow yolk in there! So, what is your favorite Easter candy? Jelly beans? Cadbury creme eggs? or something else?

I like them both, but if I had to choose one as being special for Easter, I'd pick the Cadbury Creme Eggs. You can get jelly beans most any time, but those eggs, mmmmm mmmm I'd love to have one right now.

I want one, too! I know I can't wait another week, but I'm going to try.

That's a really tough choice. I have a serious addiction to black jelly beans, but then.... those darn Cadbury eggs are pretty awesome too. Hummm, which one.... how about both?! I'm glad this stuff only comes out in the stores for a few short weeks each year.

My husband likes the black jelly beans, too. I agree, good thing they're not in stores all year round or I'd be as round as a Cadbury creme egg!

My top thing would have to be white chocolate. Easter is the easiest time of the year to find white chocolate. I like Cadbury eggs too. I've never been one for jelly beans. I don't care for those or those peeps.

I'm not much of a white chocolate person, but maybe this would be a good time to try a nice white chocolate bunny!

I've never tried those, but they sound like they would have gone well with my Mexican dinner tonight!

Fewyears back my sister gave her little neice a little white bunny and when you pressed its paw, it would cluck! It was called the Cadbury Bunny. Last year was the first year it didn't cluck! Couldn't change the batteries either!

Yay! Bunny clucks! (Which brings up marshmallow peeps, but we'll leave that for a different discussion!)

I'd have to say I love both of these treats but if I could only have one the choice would be the Cadbury egg. It's kind of a tradition to have one of these every Easter.

I'll have to look for the truffle eggs. That sounds really good! Yes, dark chocolate is definitely my favorite, but the Cadbury milk chocolate is mighty good!

My favorite Easter candy is dark chocolate egg filled with peanut butter. I used to love jelly beans and Cadbury Eggs but they're too sweet for me these days.

This is a tough decision but I think I'll have to choose the Cadbury eggs over jelly beans. Those things are just too good! Every year when I was a kid, when I would first open up my basket, the first thing I would go for would be the Cadbury eggs. If I didn't attack the Cadbury eggs I'd eat one of the Peeps first. But Peeps were not a listed choice

Help yourself to the Peeps! All sweet, sugary confections are welcome here!

Reeses peanut butter eggs is my ultimate choice. But if I was choosing between jelly beans and creme eggs, I would choose the creme eggs unless they are jelly belly jelly beans. In that case I will take the jelly beans.

Hmm. Do they have Reeses peanut butter cup flavored jelly belly jelly beans? Sounds like that would really be the ultimate choice for you!!

I love the Cadbury eggs. Love them way too much. What annoys me this year and I think it was last year for the first time, is that they're getting smaller. Same price or more, but smaller. I still buy them, so the company is going to get away with this I guess. I like jelly beans too and buy them off and on during the year. When they go on clearance after Easter is when I'll buy some. Oh, and I also like the mini hard shelled Cadbury eggs that come in the bag. When Cadbury eggs left the store last year, I even bought some on Ebay!

I've never thought about looking for them on eBay - or selling them on eBay if I find a lot of them on sale. I need to look into that. I also need to pay attention to the size this year to see if they seem smaller to me. I can't remember from last year.

Absolutely love jelly beans, but I do not like the soft ones I like the crispy shell ones and I love them when they have been in the fridge for a while. Trouble is I cannot just eat one I have to eat them all.

I've never tried eating them cold from the fridge. Well, that settles it. I have to get some jelly beans, too, so I can try them cold!

I prefer the Cadbury Creme Eggs over jelly beans. I have not had a creme egg in forever it seems. I like that they make the smaller ones now too. A whole egg is just too much sweet at one time for me anymore.

I am not a big sweets fan. The ocassional piece of toffee does me fine. But my daughter would take both. I think she'd like the jelly beans more. She like bright colors. And each bean would have a different flavor. She would think that was the fun part.

I think my all time favorite classic has to be the Reese Peanut Butter eggs...those are so good! I like jellybeans but can't eat them if I still want to have any teeth left in my mouth, lol! I always liked those cadbury egg commercials - http://youtube.com/watch?v=Lec1SkcCz6U
