Heat wave making us all a bit cranky!

Today is the 14th day of above 35 celcius(95f)heat, but for most it's been around 40C, and this is suppose to be autumn! Nights don't bring much relief, even with fans in the bedroom, but we do have air-conditioning in the loungeroom, but still we are feeling drained, and snappy with each other. We haven't seen any rain for about two months, so you can imagine what the garden looks like. Looks like we still have a few days of it to come, then hopefully it should be cooler. What's the weather like for you, and do you just get on with it or does it affect your moods too?

Thanks, Calais, I'm really hanging out for it. So are the rest of the family, we're just about attacking each other, lol!

Gee that rain sounds really nice, but I guess it's humid. The hot, dry spell has revealed some features to certain rivers, like old dumped cars, so I guess that shows us how dry it has been! A little bit cooler today, but Thursday looks to be the decent cool change, with rain hopefully!

How about we meet half way, and then we'll get weather we can both enjoy. Your snow would definitely melt very quick here, giving the parched back yard welcome moisture. You try to stay warm. Hugs back!

Don't worry, I'm down to a very slow shuffle. Oh, hang on, that's age catching up not the heat, LOL!

Since I live in England we rarely get heat, so a heat wave is a very rare thing it makes me happy rather than cranky. Those days when it is rainy and grey and snowing and awful make me cranky though. I love the sun and the heat, especially now I am at college rather than school, it is a lot more flexible and I can laze around.

Yes, I guess it depends on the sort of weather you get a lot of, or too much of, that may play a part in what you prefer. We're now at that perfect in between weather, where it's not too hot and not too cold. And we're all smiling again too!!

The weather is great here at the moment, and we're all more civil towards each other. Must be nice to have a climate that is not as changeable!
