Mabuhay to all Filipinos all over the world, I got nervous while watching the fight nad thought it would Marquez who will win the fight but it was Manny who got the prize. This is another celebration for all of us Filipinos. Lets celebrate!

I personally do not think that he should have won the bout. JMM, based on my own score card won. I am not really a big fan of Manny Pacquiao but yes, as a Filipino, I am proud. I just hope that other boxers also be given the same attention and support. Besides, Manny Pacquiao is NOT the only Filipino boxer who brought home the bacon!

I was only able to watch the reply to the match... and i must say that it was a very close one... i thought that the decision should have been another draw... but one judge was in favor of Pacquiao just by one point... But then, i am glad the Manny won the fight... and i am hoping for a third match to decide who is really the better fighter between Pacquiao and Marquez... it was so clear that the two are equal in terms of prowess, power, and heart...

It was a great fight indeed! I thought it was a draw also. ANd I dot think manny will go for another rematch with JMM he said on an interview that the business is over. That we will have to wait and see. have a ncie day.

I watched and cheered the boxing bout between Marquez and Pacquio. It was a very exciting and a really close fight. This fight is one of the rare occasions that political rivals come together. Congratulations to Manny Pacquio and to all Filipinos.

well same for me, i have not been following his fights the moment he started joining poilitics, siding with politicians, and the time he is always with chavit singsong. i just think he's no good influence in him. perhaps some have noticed too., i think he's become really arrogant lately. i hope he wont think his fame will last forever...

Yes thats very true, he is so full of himself. I just hope that he will be able to handle his fame and fortune well coz I know lots of boxers who ended up penniless because of a very lavish lifesyle with all the gambling and spending of money left and right.

Yeah although I did not watch the whole fight since I have a feeling that he would win the fight. But I am happy to see that again our city went down to a zero crime rate during the fight. That is one phenomenon that always happens during the fight of Pacquiao.

Yes I heard it was zero crime rate but after that I read from the newspaper that three brothers killed their brother because of that bout. Sigh! I dont know whats with people.

Well good for him and for the country. Filipinos are proud of him of course. In the field of boxing, I believe that he would be on some more success. But with what the other says, he is into politics and the crap... People are using him just because he is popular. Poor Manny, he doesnt know that there are lots of crocodile in the neighborhood. I believe taht it would be better if he would just concentrate with his career as a boxer.

Yes, thats what the people around him have been doing, abusing his being famou that it came to the extent he ended up producing and spending so much money on a not very promising project as him as the leading man. Yikes, its funny but its how it is in the Philippines.

lost interest of pacquiao after he extended his territories, like joining politics, what the!? what can he do inside the congress, he's only best inside the ring. he also entered the realm of showbiz...haayyyy.......

Yes, thats one big mistake he did when he joined polotics. Well about his movies, its another mistake, his popularity is another story and joining the movies was a huge one. Its another area and he wont excel in acting. He is better off as a great boxer.

mmm...yeah...but I feel that it was just the reverse of what happened before. For me, their first fight was where the pacman won. This fight on the other hand...well, just like you said - I also feel that JMM won. Even with the knock down in r3. So I guess I'm not really in that "celebratory" mood, for the simple reason that I don't think he should have won it this time around.

Well, I have also checked the third round again andit was maybe the turning point of the bout, if JMM did not fall on the third round theres a greater possibility of his win but then again it was a great fight done by manny for being able to give the falling punch for JMM.

I don't celebrate this, he needs to put back his feet on the ground.
