How do you feel about using plastic bags?

Are you trying to cut down on using plastic bags? Is it fair that the uk supermarkets will be charging us per bag(so we are paying to advertise their store!) Do you reuse your plastic bags,or have you found another way to cut back on using them? I have bought myself a small foldaway trolley I think everyone should get one mine folds away into my handbag.. I am also making a stand against all the unwanted packaging that supermarket products come in...If there is unnecessary packaging on something I buy in a supermarket or store I take off the packaging right there in the store,and hand it to the cashier to get rid of..Let the supermarket owners to some recycling I say. Any way what's your opinion about plastic bags?
