do not konw what to do

few days ago,i took part in an exam.before this exam,i always worrried about it,and all my focouses were the coming exam.but when the exam has passed,i do not feel relaxing but just do not know what to do .all my interestings seems disappearing .do you have such a feeling?

That happens Dear, When you have got some occasion or like exams happenening, then you get tensed up about that. You keep thinking and preparing for that. When it gets over suddenly you do not have anything to focus your mind on. That makes you somewhat exhaustive and tired. You tend to lose interest or focus in other things. After sometime everything will change when you get into routine matters. That is quite normal and do not worry over it. All the best

Always remember , if there is a will there is a way. You have to put your mind to other routine. It is normal for one to get into depression. Try to get into something you have never done before. You choose a subject which is interesting and challenging to you. I have also gone through this after my daughters wedding. I had lots of things to and was always busy and tensed up. After that it was a lull with nothing to do, nothing to expect etc.. It was at that time I took to computers. I forgot everything else and got into learning. I came out of my depression. Choose something new like that. You can do it. Shake that depression out.
