Almost all Natural foods have natural sugar. Grapefruit (for instance) a citrus that most people sprinkle with sugar before ingesting, is loaded with natural sugar and is actually sweet when your tastbuds are Trained. How to train your tastebuds? Easy, it takes less than 3 weeks. Begin by writing a menue that includes No Refined white Sugar or any type or Refined Brown sugar. Make up 3 meals for each day and stick with it. No sweets between meals. All raw fruits and veggies are great for this. Meat and pototoes also. Try some Grapefruit at the first and then try it again later when your taster is trained.Watch out for prepared foods! Even white Bread is loaded with refined sugar. read the labels carefully before you eat any of this stuff. Believe me you won't believe the difference in your tastbuds after coming off this diet.
